The front desk ladies here are absolutely lovely! They were super friendly and welcoming. We got two really great rooms, both different sizes. We had family and friends come over and join us at the pool. Everything was clean and had towels. Our rooms were clean and nice too. I was so glad the A/C was working, it’s been super hot outside. Overall, we had an amazing time!
My wife and I we’re absolutely astonished with the Hyatt rooms as well as qualities we’ve been to almost every Hyatt in Texas. I’m not sure how many it is. I think 1214 something like that all over San Antonio Austin, Dallas Houston we often go to the one up the street Tomball just to get out of the house hit that inground pool and that free continental breakfast in the morning pool is always clean food’s always fresh and hot towels more than you can handle pillows are always extremely soft air conditioners never are broke. It’s amazing.
The Good. Room was clean. Staff was very nice. Good water pressure in the shower. This means a lot to me after working 12 hours. The Bad Digital key did not work. And front desk could not do anything about it. In room Chrome-cast did not work. I was on second floor and it was still kinda noisy.
Room was fantastic! Clean. Mini fridge is empty so you can keep your own goodies. Breakfast was delicious and a wide array to choose from. Cons: we checked in at 10pm on a Friday night. The front desk was empty and we had to search for someone to get checked in. (There was a sign that said we’ll be right back.). The shower head was painfully strong…as in, had to put a towel over me to stand underneath the shower head. No alternating the head settings changed the pressure.
We love staying here. The rooms are really nice. Beds are comfortable. Customer service is top tier. We live local but sometimes we want to just get away and for the price, this is perfect. The breakfast is included as well which makes the stay even better. They have a nice variety of food. There is also a nice bar for the evening time if you want to have a drink.
I really like this hotel. Its nice but not super nice. Always clean. Great location. Staff is super nice. I really like their front lobby. Bright and inviting. Stay here exclusively when were in town.
Great place to recuperate after surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center Northwest! The hotel smelled great just walking through the front doors. Our room was clean and spacious. The walk-in shower was easy to access. The lobby was great for hanging out and playing games with family. Everyone from check-in to housekeeping were kind. We would stay here again!
Room smelled and looked new! Last minute booking and definitely will stay here again if needed!
